Heshan Simu Hotel (Heshan Square, Geshan Street)

We had an awesome stay. Hotel is very new and clean, and well located with many eateries. Our room was very spacious and clean. Loved the pressed linens and comfortable bed. All the staff especially housekeeping staff Ms. 秀，are very welcoming and helpful. She was very apologetic and tried all ways to get rid of the cigarette smoke smell in our room like offering an aroma diffuser and canned aroma spray after knowing that I had asthma. Thanks to her effort, I was able to sleep comfortably and extended our stay. She even helped us call our relatives in Heshan using her personal handphone as we had data only sim cards and could not make calls. Mr 古, the night front desk staff, was also very helpful by using his personal handphone to call the hotel in Guangzhou to inform them of my medical condition and needed a cigarette smoke free room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms were clean and very comfortable to stay in! Would recommend staying here! ☺️

很不錯的入住體驗，前台小樑姐姐熱情，對附近景點和當地美食很熟悉。房間裝修簡約，寬敞乾淨。雖靠路邊，晚10點後車不多，也挺安靜。早餐味道不錯

房間很乾凈，很整潔，前台姓陳的小哥服務態度很好，總的來説就是非常推薦來這個酒店居住的，下面還有免費停車場

平時很少評價 這家酒店細節做的是超級給人驚喜 1,這次出行忘了帶卸粧油，同伴也木有帶，大夏天的，防曬霜抹的那叫一個厚，奈何洗面奶洗不乾淨啊，難受，難受。實在不舒服，穿上鞋子去前台，想着問問前台服務員有沒有卸粧油，結果大驚喜，原來酒店前台有備着如卸粧濕巾，牙線，睡眠耳塞..... 2,大堂24小時，豆漿，咖啡免費喝 3,床上用品超級乾淨，有陽光的味道

很滿意這家酒店的房型.整潔.服務.和地點。 我們是兩大兩小家庭。訂了個榻榻米大床房。 榻榻米上還有全套茶具，愛喝茶的可以坐坐看看城市風景。管家幫忙舖床在榻榻米上 ，兩個孩子非常喜歡 也不怕掉下床的困擾。 房間都很新，各個方面感覺也收拾的很乾淨。地點更是完美！ 走路3分鐘可到文華酒店喝茶. 酒店的後邊更是很多粥粉麵早餐店和按摩足療睫毛店. 晚上還有街邊大排檔和烤生蠔小車出來。 走路13分鐘可以去到鶴山廣場. Luckin coffee. 麥當勞. 霸王茶姬.屈臣氏.711.等等都有。。非常方便好逛！退房時間也很人性化. 我們很高興選擇了一家合適的入住，我們住的時間也長，舒適和地點真的很重要！ 廣東天氣很悶熱，夏天衣服每天都要立刻洗.. 他們也有洗衣房 洗完可以陽台晾乾衣服. 時間等乾比較久。也有烘衣機。但不太會用這種… 如果店家可以開一下酒店走道的冷氣（特別是洗衣樓層），和增加保險箱和小冰箱就完美了。
